Customers choose foods based on taste, so if you add a lot of flavor/MSG, you sell more.
Foods rich in protein are expensive, and fast food companies load their food with MSG, which fools your body. MSG lowers sugar levels, so you feel hungry when you aren’t.
They help Food companies to sell you cheap foodstuff that stimulates your hunger by adding a cheap additive.
Msg negative effects in our body:

Producers in Europe use E numbers in place of food additive names.
If they are present for flavoring, they are msg.
If you consume msg foods, you should take magnesium, taurine(which is in red bull, but also in pill form), and drink a lot of water.
But you don’t need any of these things if you just avoid MSG.
