MSG-The taste that kills

MSG(monosodium glutamate) it is a food flavor that has been big in the US since the fifties.
It makes the food taste good. Research has shown that MSG is making us fat.
It is a substance that over excite cells to the point of damage acting like a toxin.
MSG is in 80% of all flavored foods that you get at a restaurant that you get at a grocery store. It makes you want to eat more.
Even though FDA claims that msg does not cause ill effects, many other experts say otherwise.
It fools you that the food you are eating is healthy and rich in protein when it is not.

Why producers use MSG?

It is an intense competition between food companies for taste and customers.
Customers choose foods based on taste, so if you add a lot of flavor/MSG, you sell more.
Foods rich in protein are expensive, and fast food companies load their food with MSG, which fools your body. MSG lowers sugar levels, so you feel hungry when you aren’t.
They help Food companies to sell you cheap foodstuff that stimulates your hunger by adding a cheap additive.
Msg negative effects in our body:
  • Msg causes high blood pressure
  • gallbladder attacks
  • migraines
  • lower blood sugar levels
  • failure to process certain fats in the body
  • Also, causes one set of diabetes.

If they are present for flavoring, they are msg.
If you consume msg foods, you should take magnesium, taurine(which is in red bull, but also in pill form), and drink a lot of water.
But you don’t need any of these things if you just avoid MSG.
