How to break worry before it breaks you

When you worry, you can’t concentrate on solving your problems.
Here are four tips that are going to help you not to worry.
 
1-Laws of averages Let’s ask ourselves:
“What are the chances according to the law of averages, that this event I am worried about will ever occur?
Nearly all the worries and unhappiness, come from our imagination and not from reality.
What are the odds against you that the event you worry could happen?
 
2-Circumstances
As you and I will across the decades of time face with a lot of unpleasant situations that are so it cannot be otherwise.
Obviously, circumstances that alone do not make us feel happy or unhappy. It is the way we react to situations that create our feelings. 
 
Jesus said,”the kingdom of heaven is within you. Also, the kingdom of hell is too”.
 
We can create heaven if we try to improve ourselves and try to feel positive emotions. 
 
We can also create hell in our lives if we allow worry and anxiety take control of our life.
 
You can endure disaster and triumph. We may not think we can, but surprisingly strong inner sources that will see us through if we will only make use of them. We are stronger than we think.
 
3-Don’t worry about the faults of the past
Don’t worry about the failures of the past, so why waste our tears? 
 
Of course, we have been guilty of mistakes, who hasn’t?
 
Even Napoleon lost one-third of all critical battles he fought. Perhaps our battles average is no worse than Napoleon.
 
4-Stop and ask yourself three questions
A-How much does this thing I am worried about really matter for me?
B-At what point should I set a stop order in this worry and forget it?
C- Exactly how much should I pay? Have I already paid more than it is worth?
